Section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, David Andrew Smyth, Acting Director-General of Health, hereby give notice as follows:

N o t i c e

  1. The notice referred to in the First Schedule to this notice (as amended by the notice described in the Second Schedule to this notice) is hereby further amended by inserting the words “Keith Gerald Roffe, registered nurse of Palmerston North” after the words “Irving David Baran, medical practitioner of Wanganui”.

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, David Andrew Smyth, Acting Director-General of Health, hereby give notice as follows:

N o t i c e

  1. The notice referred to in the First Schedule to this notice (as amended by the notice specified in the Second Schedule to this notice) is hereby further amended by replacing the words “Stephanie de Fresne, medical practitioner of Dunedin” in the right hand column of the Schedule to the notice with the words “David Charles Parker, medical practitioner of Dunedin”.

  2. The notice referred to in the Second Schedule of this notice is hereby consequentially revoked.

District Courts Act 1947

Acting District Court Judge Appointed

Pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Barry James McKenzie Kerr, District Court Judge, to retire on 5 May 1995 to be an Acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction and to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part IIA of the District Courts Act 1947, at such place or places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix, pursuant to the said section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, for a term of 12 months on and from 5 May 1995.
