Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Final Determination: Sweetened Condensed Milk From Thailand
Notice is hereby given that, acting pursuant to section 13 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), I have made a final determination that, in relation to the goods specified in the First Schedule to this notice (hereinafter referred to as “the subject goods”) imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand—
(a) The subject goods are being dumped; and
(b) By reason thereof material injury to the New Zealand sweetened condensed milk industry has been or is being caused,—
and that section 14 of the Act applies to the subject goods.
Notice is also hereby given that, acting pursuant to section 14(2) of the Act, I have determined the amount of anti-dumping duty to be imposed on the subject goods to be the amount calculated in accordance with the formula set out in the Second Schedule to this notice.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Goods Subject to Determination

Thailand.
Description of Goods
Sweetened condensed milk in retail packs not exceeding 450 grams.
The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 0402.99.00.01E of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Amount of Anti-Dumping Duty
The amount of anti-dumping duty to be paid in respect of the subject goods shall be the amount by which the Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent)* exceeds the Value for Duty of those goods when entered.
- Customs New Zealand holds details of the Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts for importations of the goods subject to this notice. These amounts are confidential because they are based on confidential information supplied by Thai producers not currently involved in exporting the subject goods to New Zealand.

The Pukekohe East School (Auckland) Board of Trustees Election Invalidation Notice
Pursuant to clause 9(3)(a) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby invalidate the election of the parent representatives, which closed on 31 March 1995, for the Board of Trustees of Pukekohe East School.
This action is being taken because of irregularities in the distribution of voting papers, early counting of votes and early publication of results.
The poll of a new election for parent representatives shall close on 2 June 1995.
This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
