Amending a Notice Declaring Service Lane and Land Taken in Thames—Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated 14 February 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 February 1995 at page 585 under the heading Land Declared Service Lane and land taken in Thames—Coromandel District by omitting from the area described in the Second Schedule thereto the number “24” and substituting the number “64”.
