Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1995, No. 7, and amends Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1989, No. 8, published in New Zealand Gazette, 14 September 1989, No. 159, page 4258.

  2. The First Schedule Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1989, No. 8, is amended to read as follows:

0.1754 Waiohau A14, situated in Block XI, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, as formerly contained in Waiohau A9 and C5B Amalgamated Blocks No. 2B No. 2. Now all of certificate of title 43A/657.
45.3997 Waiohau A15, situated in Block XI, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, as formerly contained in Waiohau A9 and C5B Amalgamated Blocks No. 2B No. 2. Partition order 13 June 1988.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1995, No. 5.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
