(f) Pursuant to section 117, declares those pieces of stopped road fifthly and sixthly described, now known as sections 4, 5, and 6, S.O. 60009 respectively, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 865, folio 36, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 647991.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
