Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori Freehold land as described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a homestead of historical, spiritual and cultural significance for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Titihua and Mokohiti Reweti.
Schedule
South Auckland Land District
All that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District and described as follows:
Area Being
m² 4387 Part Hairini No. 1B, No. 3 and No. 4C,
more or less No. 2B Block as created by partition order
dated 7 November 1950.

m² 5286 Allotment 93, Parish of Waiuku West as
more or less contained in certificate of title 93C/470.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1995, No. 6.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
