This is a statement of intention to publish rules in the following CAR Part—

Part 105, Parachuting—Operating Rules

Pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission time for the proposed part is indicated in the NPRM and is not less than 60 days.

The Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 2) 1995

Pursuant to the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement and expiry—(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice (No. 2) 1995.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1995.

(3) This notice shall expire with the close of the 30th day of April 1996.

2. Interpretation—(1) In this notice, “this Act” means the Securities Act 1978.

(2) Any term or expression which is not defined in this notice, but which is defined in the Act, shall have the meaning given to it by the Act.

3. Authorised life insurance companies—Each life insurance company named in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be an authorised life insurance company for the purposes of the Act in respect of all life insurance policies issued by the company.

Conservation Act 1987

Amendment to Notice Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice declaring land to be held for conservation purposes dated 20 February 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 March 1995, page 650, by omitting from the Schedule for the said notice “15159” and inserting in its place “15195”.
