To exempt Christchurch International Airport Limited from the requirement of 139.203 (b) (1) that each barrier be no less than 2440 mm in height. Conditional on CIAL maintaining a thick bracken hedge surrounded by a fence and a T profile fence with active intruder detection in stated places. To remain in force until the exemption is withdrawn by the Director.
Docket 1117, to Invercargill City Council on 17 June 1994. From 139.203 (c). To exempt Invercargill aerodrome from the minimum height of each barrier between public and safety areas of not less than 2440 mm. Conditional on Invercargill City Council maintaining 1800 mm fences in some areas and 1000 mm fences in others.
