Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

South Auckland Land District—Waipa District

29 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. S. 38348, situated in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District. Balance certificate of title 27D/915 (cancelled).

Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice dated 31 July 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 123, page 2704, by omitting from the notice the word “All” and inserting in its place the word “Part”.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1995, No. 2.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to electricity supply easement in gross No. B. 191478, to be set apart for a State school.
