Easement Acquired for a Scenic Reserve at Pairawahipi—Ruapehu District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The easement described in the First Schedule is acquired as an easement appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule for the purposes of access to and utilisation of the land described in the Second Schedule on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Such easement may be surrendered at any time by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land and Right of Way Easement Acquired for a Scenic Reserve at Pairawahipi—Ruapehu District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule is acquired for a scenic reserve.

(b) The easement described in the Second Schedule is required for an easement appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule for the purposes of access to and utilisation of the land described in the Third Schedule.

The land and the easement shall vest in the Crown (called for the purposes of the easement ‘the Grantee’) on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. The easement may be surrendered at any time by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette.
