Revoking a Notice Stopping a Service Lane—Bower Street, Napier—Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby revokes the notice dated 12 December 1994, stopping a service lane, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 January 1995, No. 1, page 68.

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes—Karamu Stream, Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Regarding Land Set Apart and Acquired for Road, Porirua City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 1 September 1994 setting apart land and acquiring land for road, limited access road and State highway, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 September 1994, No. 91 at page 2801 by deleting from the First Schedule the land firstly described and by deleting from the Second Schedule the land secondly described and substituting the following:

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, at the request of The Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in:

(a) The First Schedule hereto, held by that council in fee-simple, to be set apart for accessway; and

(b) The land in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for road.
