Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated 1st day of December 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 December 1994, No. 133 at page 4357, realigning a road (Pahiatua Track) by:

1. Adding the following words “and Ninth” to paragraph (b) of the body of the notice after the word Eighth.

2. Amending the description of the first area described in the Seventh Schedule to read:

“Section 11 and 20, Block XIX, Mangahao Survey District; marked “J1” on S.O. Plan 30595”.

Land Acquired for Road in Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Waitakere City Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be vested in Donald Cameron Thompson, farmer of Kerikeri and Janet Violet Thompson his wife.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Hastings District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
