Copies of the scheme and the report on it by the Attorney-General may be inspected free of charge at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Dunedin or at the offices of Downie Stewart, Solicitors, Baycorp House, 335 Princes Street, Dunedin.

The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court on the 8th day of May 1995.

Any person wanting to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Dunedin and to the applicant, care of Downie Stewart, P.O.
