Notice of Publication of Financial Statements of the Crown

Pursuant to section 31B of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives notice of the publication of the financial statements of the Crown for:

• The 3 months ended 30 September 1994 on 11 November 1994;
• The 4 months ended 31 October 1994 on 9 December 1994; and
• The 5 months ended 30 November 1994 on 27 January 1995.

The financial statements of the Crown for the year ended 30 June 1994 were laid before the House of Representatives on 13 October 1994.

Copies of all these financial statements are available:

• for inspection free of charge at the National Library of New Zealand, Auckland City Library, Wellington Public Library and Canterbury Public Library; and
• for purchase at branches of Bennetts Bookshops.

Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

Take notice that I, Mark Gerard Byers, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in memorandum of lease B. 328949, dated 21 August 1984, given by the New Zealand Anglican Church Pension Board to Compass Wheels Limited, particulars of which were entered in the Register, Auckland Land Registry on 12 September 1984.

And I certify that the vesting of the said lease did not come to my notice until the 23rd day of February 1995.

1. This notice may be cited as the Wellington Fire Districts Notice 1995.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 3rd day of April 1995.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for the Wellington Fire District.

Constitution of Fire Districts

4. The urban areas listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted into Fire Districts.

5. The boundaries of the constituted fire districts listed in the Schedule are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
