Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve in Rangitikei
District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Wanganui Regional
Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby changes
the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule
hereto, from a local purpose (gravel) reserve to a recreation
reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in The
Napier City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation

Conservator, Department of Conservation, Hawke’s Bay
Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant
District Manager, Department of Survey and Land
Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the
31st day of January 1995 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 2 February 1995, No. 8, page 327, declaring
land road and road stopped in Otorohanga District by
deleting “55394” from paragraphs (b) and (c) and
substituting “55934”.
