Land Acquired for Water Supply Purposes in Waipa District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant
District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land
Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for water supply
purposes and shall vest in The Waipa District Council on
the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

29 square metres, situated in Block III, Maungatautari
Survey District, being part Lot 5, D.P. 2035; as shown

Land Declared Crown Land in Taupo District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager
of the Department of Survey and Land Information,

(a) Pursuant to section 42, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the
Land Act 1948, to the rights granted by memorandum of
transfer registered No. 290614 and to Gazette notice
