Reserves Act 1977

Classification and Vesting of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto as local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the provision of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, vests the said reserves in The Auckland City Council, in trust for that purpose.

North Auckland Land District—Auckland City Council

1280 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 64194, situated in Block V, Tryphena Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1984, page 4597 and section 177a (5) of the Harbours Act 1950.

925 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 65022, situated in Block VII, Fitzroy Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1984, page 4597 and section 177A (5) of the Harbours Act 1950.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager (Protection), Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

1.0878 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 593, S.O. 47961, situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Waitemata Survey District. All certificate of title 47A/1054. All New Zealand Gazette, 1974, page 2015. Subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Revocation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation as a tramway reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

5.0 hectares, being part Reserve 302. All Canterbury Gazette, 1864, page 84. S.O. Plan 2540.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the local purpose (road) reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council at current market value in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s general funds.

Revocation of Declaration That Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to section 76 (2) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1978, page 1866 (H. 187242), declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be private protected land for scenic purposes.
