Authorisation of Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

9200 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. 15195.

Second Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

3.0357 hectares, more or less, being Sections 125 and 126, square 138, and Sections 132, 133 and 134, Block XIII, Takaka Survey District. All certificate of title 1A/300.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Declared Service Lane and Land Taken in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be service lane which shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
