Road Stopped in Waipa District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that area “B” and “C”, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 59902 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 626, folio 247, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 086240.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in The Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waipa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 declares that:

(i) Area “C”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59316, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 679, folio 149, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 962015.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “D” and “M”, now known as Sections 2 and 5, S.O. 59316 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 43B/274, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “F” and “J”, now known as Sections 3 and 4, S.O. 59316 respectively, and Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60231, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 29D/855, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 960138.8, South Auckland Land Registry.
