Road Realignment in Franklin District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Franklin District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the said pieces of stopped road now known as Section 1, S.O. 60252, and Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60253, respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26B/285 (limited as to parcels), subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 306739.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Stopped in Waipa District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(a) Area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60047, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26D/788, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 305273.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Area “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60047, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27D/446, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 305273.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) Area “C”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 60047, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 27D/445, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 079444, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of September 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 September 1995, No. 99, page 3108, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting “H. 966355.3” from paragraph (c) (ii) and substituting “H. 966355.4”.
