Public Works Act 1981

Land in Waikato Acquired in Connection With Soil Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect being entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with soil conservation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

1021 square metres, being Allotment 23D1B, Pepepe Parish, excepting the mines, beds, veins, seams and deposits of coal, and channel oil shale, and fireclay transferred by transfer 51588. All Gazette notice B. 183319.

Road Realignment in Waikato District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59899, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14C/217, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “B”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 59899, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54D/572, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 923711.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “D”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 59899, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 323, folio 60, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 772485.3 and H. 370768, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

1137 square metres, being part Lot 9, D.P. 13636; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 59899, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Dated at Hamilton this 29th day of November 1995.

Land in Waikato District Declared Road

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, and, further, that area “A” shall vest in The Waikato District Council and that area “D” shall remain vested in the said council.

Road Stopped and Land Vested in Waipa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that areas “C” and “F”, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 49209, and those areas of land taken described in the Second Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 49209, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 922, folio 2, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 517201.1, South Auckland Land Registry.
