Pursuant to section 19A (6) of the Animals Protection Act 1960, I hereby give notice that on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I have approved, on the date of this notice, the code of ethical conduct submitted to me by Samuel Marsden Collegiate School which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of Victoria University.
