Biosecurity Act 1993
Biosecurity (Declaration of TB Vectors) Notice No. 35
Pursuant to section 179 (1A) (b) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Director-General of Agriculture declares ferrets (Mustela putorius furo) to be a vector of tuberculosis for the purposes of section 179 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, by virtue of the fact that ferrets may act as vectors for tuberculosis.

Wine Makers Levy Act 1976
Rate of Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 (Notice No. 34 Ag. 4/54/21)
Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976, and after having regard to the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of one dollar and forty cents ($1.40) per hectolitre or part thereof as the rate of grape wine makers levy to be levied on the grape wine sold by persons who held a grape wine licence during the year ended 30 June 1995.
This notice shall take force 14 days after the date of publication.
