Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Franklin District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
