Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1995, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Stopped Road Vested in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that the piece of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto, now known as Section 1, S.O. 26354, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 29D/365, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 984695.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of March 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 March 1994, No. 23, at page 1069, realigning road in Thames-Coromandel District by:

(a) Deleting “memorandum” from paragraph (b) (i) and substituting “memoranda”.

(b) Inserting “and B. 234113” after “B. 150311.3” paragraph (b) (iii).

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 25) in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that area “A” now known as Section 1, S.O. 59736, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1045, folio 101, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 055839.2 and H. 419435.2 and to caveat B. 221561, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Service Lane in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
