Road Realignment (State Highway No. 58) in Wellington District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Porirua City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 21C/817, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and Gazette notice No. 711719.
