Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 1): Mangaraupi Deviation

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 1 February 1995, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, approximately 17 kilometres north of Bulls, known as the Mangaraupi Deviation, from the junction of State Highway No. 1 with Jefferson Line (at RP 817/3.86) to Norwood Lane (at RP 817/7.04), a distance of 3.18 kilometres; as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA/4/13/18/8404/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification and Vesting of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (road) reserve, and in the Second Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and in the Third Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, vests the said reserves in The Manukau City Council, in trust for those purposes.

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City Council

First Schedule
248 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 66069.

Second Schedule
311 square metres, more or less, being Section 2 S.O. 66069.

Third Schedule
156 square metres, more or less, being Section 3 S.O. 66069.

All situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District and being Crown Foreshore (section 177A (5) of the Harbours Act 1950).

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control in the Rangitikei District Council Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wanganui Regional Conservator, of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting of the control and management in The Rangitikei District Council of that part of the Mangaweka Domain Scenic Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
