Boundaries of Regions and Districts Defined

Pursuant to section 118 of the Local Government Amendment Act 1992, I hereby give notice that the boundaries of the following regions and districts are as follows:

(a) The boundary of the Nelson Region shall be as delineated on S.O. Plan 14950 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Nelson Land District:

(b) The boundary of the Tasman Region shall be as delineated on S.O. Plan 14951 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Nelson Land District:

(c) The boundary between Nelson City and Tasman District in the Waimea Inlet shall be as delineated on S.O. Plan 14950 and 14951 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Nelson Land District:

(d) The boundary of the Canterbury Region shall be as delineated on S.O. Plan 18869 deposited with the Chief Surveyor of the Canterbury Land District:
