Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L & P, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Wanganui District Council.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch:

(a) Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Nelson City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.
