Road Realignment in Waipa District

Pursuant to sections 114 and 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be taken and that the land in both Schedules vest in The Waipa District Council.
