Pursuant to section 355 (3) and (4) of the Resource Management Act 1991, I, Denis William Anson Marshall, Minister of Conservation, hereby vest in Stirling James Ashby, in fee simple, the land described in the Schedule hereto, but excluding a marginal strip of 3 metres, as defined in section 2 of the Conservation Act 1987.

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, that part of the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of forming an extension to the Parawhenua Marae situated on Pirikotaha 3A1 Block, for the common use and benefit of the members of Te Uriataniwha, Whanautanga, Ngati Hineira and Ngati Korohua hapu and the Maori people of Te Ahu Ahu.
