Authorisation of the Exchange of a Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the local purpose reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

6042 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 16439. Part certificate of title 10C/1097.

Second Schedule

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

3473 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 4, D.P. 16439. Part certificate of title 10C/1094.

Change of Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation to local purpose (historical village) reserve.

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 30) in Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Water Supply Purposes in Waikato District Subject to an Easement

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to the land fourthly described in a drainage easement created by transfer H.601591.3, for water supply purposes and shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
