Road Realignment in Hauraki District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Hauraki District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “C”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60043, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 438/977, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 068624.3., South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “D”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60043, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 548/286, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 217505.4., South Auckland Land Registry.
