Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Frankton Recreation Reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule.

First Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown Lakes District

122 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 24007, Block XXI, Shotover Survey District and Section 2, S.O. 24007, Block XXI, Town of Frankton. Part certificate of title 4D/633.

Second Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown Lakes District

183 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, L.T.P. 22500, Block XXI, Shotover Survey District. All certificate of title 15D/598.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 24307, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Bay of Plenty Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a scenic reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve and Appointment of Te Runanga o Kaikoura to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to an historic reserve, and further, appoints Te Runanga o Kaikoura to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as an historic reserve.
