Declaration That Conservation Land Become a Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a sub-delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Wellington, hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto shall hereinafter be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act, to be known as the Mount Bruce Scenic Reserve.

Pursuant to section 4 (1) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule, being part of the land referred to in Part C of the Schedule to the said Act as the “Napier Foreshore lands”, to be a reserve to be classified for recreation purposes.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Kapiti Coast District Council on the 29th day of June 1995:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Kapiti Coast District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a local purpose reserve (community use), subject to section 23 of the said Act.”
