Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated and Easement to be Acquired in South Wairarapa District

Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3) declares:
(i) the road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 18A/334 Limited.

(ii) the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 37A/132.
