Road Realignment (Kahuterawa Road) in Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L. & P., Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council; and

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 32B/174, subject to the fencing covenant contained in Transfer 490017 and memorandum of mortgage B. 447803.3.
