Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Crown Development Block, Trentham, Upper Hutt City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L&P—Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated 29 August 1995, declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1995, No. 96 at page 3012, by deleting the last three areas described in the Schedule and substituting the following:

Declaring Land to be Road in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road, which shall vest in The Auckland City Council.
