Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped in Rotorua District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(a) Area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 57475, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 797, folio 274, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 284531.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Area “C”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 57475, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 793, folio 194, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 877500.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment (Tennant Drive) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L&P—Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 436/54.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 501/34.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L&P—Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of August 1995, acquiring easements, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1995, No. 96 at page 3011 by adding to the Third Schedule to the notice the following area:
