Amending Notice

Land at 22 Levin Street, Cheviot, Set Apart for a Rangers Workshop

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 3rd day of April 1995, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 6th day of April 1995, No. 31 at page 919, by omitting from:

(a) the first line of the declaration the words “section 52 (1) of”

(b) the fifth line of the declaration the words “be set apart”

(c) the eighth and ninth line of the declaration the words “for a rangers workshop” and inserting after the eighth line of the notice the following:

(1) Pursuant to section 20 (1) to be acquired for conservation purposes and

(2) Pursuant to section 52 (1) to be set apart for a rangers workshop.
