Conservation Act 1987

Revocation of Part Catlins Conservation Park

Pursuant to section 18 (7) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a sub-delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby revokes the conservation park status of the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the land shall hereafter be held as a stewardship area, pursuant to section 26 of the Conservation Act 1987.
