Classification of a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve in the Hurunui District Council

The Regional Conservator, Canterbury, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and vests the said reserve in The Hurunui District Council in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation, as a reserve for gravel pit purposes, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that said land may be disposed of by The Waimakariri District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserve.

Change of the Classification of a Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the Selwyn District Council

The Regional Conservator, Canterbury, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a government purpose (wildlife management) reserve to a local purpose (sewage ponds) reserve, and vests that part of the said reserve in the Selwyn District Council, in trust, for that purpose.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose (community centre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilized

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council at current market value, in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, with such moneys to be used towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or towards the purchase of other land for public reserve.
