Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose (site for plunket rooms) reserve, subject to the provision of the said Act.

Vesting of a Reserve in the Ruapehu District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Ruapehu District Council in trust, for historic purposes.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager (Protection) Canterbury, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the part of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revocation of a Declaration That Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 1985, No. 151, page 3515, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected private land for scientific purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation hereby revokes the notice authorising the exchange of part of a reserve for other land dated the 11th day of November 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 November 1994, No. 121, page 3574, and hereby issues a fresh notice in its place.
