Local Government Act 1974

Land at Centrewood Park Road Ceases to be Road and is Deemed to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, the necessary notice having been given to The Waimate District Council the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be road and shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948 on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
