Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Whangarei, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve (vested in The Far North District Council in trust for the purpose) to a local purpose (school) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The South Taranaki District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation of That Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Auckland Playcentre Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule below, and further, revokes the reservation as a reserve for education (pre-school) purposes over the said land.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
