Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Eyre Survey District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Southland District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

.05 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, situated in Block VIII, Eyre Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 12027.

As shown on the above mentioned plan, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for a Local Purpose (Drainage) Reserve in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose (drainage) reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Hauraki District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that areas “E” and “G”, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 59716 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15D/575, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 102378.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
