Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of June 1994, acquiring land for limited access road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 June 1994, No. 62 at page 2092 by:

(a) deleting the certificate of title number “888/80” in the Schedule and substituting it with “873/90”; and
(b) deleting the certificate of title number “873/90” in the Schedule and substituting it with “888/80”.

• Amending a Notice Acquiring an Easement for a Telecommunication Installation in Manawatu District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of July 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 68, page 2232, acquiring an easement for a telecommunication installation in Manawatu District, by deleting from the operative part of the said notice, the words “for a telecommunication installation” and “and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette” where they appear.
