Land in Franklin District Acquired for the Purposes of a Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Special School in Whangarei City Land for a

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 24th day of April 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 May 1986, No. 66, page 1895, acquiring land in the City of Whangarei for a special school, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by inserting in the operative clause thereto, after the words “... an undivided one half share in ...” the words “... the land described as ...”.
