Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(a) The road firstly described in the Schedule (now known as Section 1, S.O. 10520) be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title H4/577, subject to mortgages No. 444815.5, 444815.6 and 523271.2.

(b) The road secondly described in the Schedule (now known as Section 2, S.O. 10520) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 137/221, subject to mortgage No. 601550A.3.
