Revoking in Part a Notice Authorising Secondary Uses of Land in the Central Otago District and Vesting the Control and Management Thereof in the Central Otago District Council

Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby revokes the vesting of the control and management in the Alexandra Lakeside Domain Board of the secondary uses of land for recreational purposes described in the Schedule hereto and further vests control and management of the said land in the Central Otago District Council as a recreation reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 save that the word "Minister" in section 36 of the Reserves Act 1977 shall be deemed to be the Minister of Lands. Such use to be a secondary use of the land.
